Vero Colpo is an authentic Italian coffee bar serving Italian espresso products and homemade biscotti, and cookies. The two female owners each grew up in Italian-American families and have over 30 years of practice in corporate and business law. Our target customers are people who want to relive their Italian experience having coffee in a piazza or want to know what a real Italian "Bar" is like. We want to create the market for a shot of espresso as opposed to crafted coffee drinks.
