This retail space is a short-term shop share pop-up space located on Main Street in the heart of Southampton Village. The beautiful space has been completely renovated with a new floor, new dressing rooms, and beautiful high ceilings with black pipe hang rails. The rental space is about 300 sq ft or less depending on what the brand needs. A perennial favorite, Urban Soul is a permanent, well-known multi-brand boutique loved by locals, second homeowners, and tourists for 30 years. We rent one of the only pop-up spaces available in the village. Our customers love the ever-changing interesting pop-ups we have been hosting since 2016. Pop up with us for Summer Season 2024.
