Conscious wellness hub seeks like-minded collaborators for main floor rental (eg., pop-up, community clinic, boutique, learning community). Our hub is in a health-conscious neighbourhood of cafes, shops, organic grocers, and clinics. Walk through our pollinator garden (awarded 3rd best commercial garden in the city!) & large double doors to your space on the main floor. Recessed + natural lighting, hardwood floors & tall ceilings, at 721sf. Shared lobby with velvet partitions opens to open area with Washroom, kitchen sink / counter area, and shelves (optional). Furniture can be removed if needed. Upper floors, exclusive to our Members, consist of treatment rooms, washrooms with showers, communal work spaces & a rooftop patio. Shared use can be discussed if these spaces would be beneficial for your initiative. We are open to pop-ups, part-time (eg, Mon, Wed and Fri), or full-time use, for a period of 1-6 months. Longer is negotiable, pending a trial period.
